Loïc Dusseau

Loïc is particularly involved in complex litigation and white collar liability, where he puts his solid experience at the service of clients and the firm’s various teams, both at the pre-litigation stage (risk prevention, compliance and crisis management) and in amicable dispute resolution or legal strategy before all civil, commercial, administrative or criminal jurisdictions. He also specializes in disciplinary/ethics and press law.

As a former member of the Conseil de l’Ordre and the Conseil National des Barreaux, where he chaired the Commission Texte, Loïc has long been involved in the associations and bodies that govern the legal profession, reinforcing his expertise in the workings of the justice system and his attachment to the rights of the defense. Today, he is a member of the Ethics Committee of the Paris Bar.

As a regular speaker at symposia and conferences relating to his fields of activity, he has also taught at HEC Paris, Sciences Po Paris, and EFB.
